WHAT TIMES ARE THE CLASSES?
9.00am Sunday Mornings (or a time more suitable to the group) for all our Gatherings.
Your 1:1s with Jo can be booked at a time suitable to you during each fortnightly module.
WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE LIVE EVENTS?
Don't worry, there will be replays available, but not only would we absolutely love your gorgeous presence with us, it will magnify your success rate to be present with us!
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO INVEST EACH WEEK?
As much time as you spend scrolling. Replace it with focus on yourself, and you’ll be sweet! (Let me give you a hint - The more you put in, the more you get out!). Put aside some time every day to be with yourself in a brand new way! (Around an hour/day)
WILL THIS WORK FOR ME EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT USED TO THIS KIND OF GROWTH AND SPIRITUAL WORK?
