IFS THERAPY

Utilising the Internal Family Systems Model as the basis for transformation, Jo gently guides you inwards to meet the different parts of yourself in order to know yourself better, and transform those and any vulnerable or wounded parts into true wholeness and freedom.

Jo works with Self Energy as the main driver in her sessions. Having been a meditator for many years and done her own shadow and growth work; spirituality is the key to her highly transformative sessions, and what brought her to IFS. As Dr Richard Schwartz has said, Self begets Self.

We believe the mind is naturally multiple and that is a good thing.  Our inner parts contain valuable qualities and our core Self knows how to heal, allowing us to become integrated and whole. In IFS all parts are welcome.

IFS is a movement. A new, empowering paradigm for understanding and harmonizing the mind and, thereby, larger human systems. One that can help people heal and helps the world become a more compassionate place.

IFS SESSIONS WITH JO

Initial Sessions are 75 minutes, with subsequent sessions 60 minutes.
