Designed to support you as a midlife woman to connect more deeply with yourself as you navigate the shifting sands of peri & menopausal change.
I know how difficult it can be navigating hormonal shifts and the ripple effects these often bring - to our bodies, our mental and emotional health, our relationships and our sense of purpose.
Everything is on the table during this fundamental change we are beginning to traverse.
Traditionally called ‘The Change’ for no small reason.
We are here to support you through this.
I see this time of change as an opportunity to pause, embrace ourselves, take the time and care to look inward, reassess, and hold the parts of ourselves needing attention with tender care.
To do this we need to put ourselves first, set aside ‘me time’ as a priority, so we can honour this significant journey.
Let’s navigate this together, in community - as we move from stuckness, overwhelm and confusion into calm, clear and empowered living.

💫 Structure & Flow
Each chapter unfolds over three fortnightly workshops, allowing time for integration between sessions.
Visioning workshops are offered in between chapters as beautiful, low-cost entry points for new women and opportunities for returning participants to realign intentions.

Meet your host
Jo Howard
Jo is a Level 3 IFS Practitioner who has enjoyed working online and in person in Adelaide over the last 4 years, and is now relocated to Melbourne.
She has loved teaching regular classes as a Dru Yoga Teacher over the last 13 years, and is in awe of the highly transformational nature and gentleness of the specially designed heart-opening sequences. Movement, dance and restorative practices also feature in her working career and life, which are also interwoven into the InnerShift Way.
Jo has held space for groups over many years, including her own transformational retreats in Bali and Australia.
